Every bandana features a set of BPA free plastic snap-ons along with our AMC logo sewn on.
Each piece is handcrafted, which means that pattern placement will vary based on the cut of the fabric & sizing can be slightly different.

*Important: Measure the neck circumference of your pup before purchasing to ensure correct sizing. Please contact us if you have any questions or unsure of how to measure. f your pup is in between sizes or has lots of fur, consider sizing up. Our bandanas can also be tied one loop, and snapped.

XS	up to 9 inch neck	Snaps at 9, 10, 11 inches
S	up to 12 inch neck	Snaps at 11, 12, 13.5 inches
S/M	up to 14 inch neck	Snaps at 13, 14, 15.5 inches
M	up to 16 inch neck	Snaps at 15, 16, 17.5 inches
M/L	up to 18 inch neck	Snaps at 17, 18, 19.5 inches
L	up to 20 inch neck	Snaps at 19, 20, 21.5 inches
XL	up to 22 inch neck	Snaps at 21, 22, 23.5 inches

For dogs with longer coats, size up. Our snap-on feature can also be tied and snapped for easy adjustment.

If you would like to request for a tie-on, please leave it in the notes section at check-out.

RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately, our bandanas, dog bowls, treat jars, and scrunchies cannot be returned because each piece is personalized and made to order.

In any case the product arrives damaged, please contact winnie@andmutts.co. Please send photos and details for proof of the damaged product. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to return your inquiry, and we will try our best to accommodate you.

SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 10-14 days processing time for us to complete your order. We try to ship out our orders as quickly as possible; typically the processing time is shorter than this window. Keep in mind that our products are all handmade. Once they are shipped, please allow 3-7 business days for your AMC package to arrive domestically & 3-4 weeks for international.

SHIPPING COSTS
For items less than 1lb, domestic shipping is a flat rate of $3.75 USD & international shipping is a flat rate of $14.00 USD. Anything above 1lb is $10.00 USD for domestic, and $22.00 USD for international.

For our international friends, please be aware of your country's duty charges when placing your order. & MUTTS Co. is not responsible for any extra fees.

Once the package is shipped out, we are rely on the postal services to deliver your order. & MUTTS Co. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

WEAR & CARE
We recommend gently hand washing your bandana. Customized bandanas should be spot cleaned to prevent any damage of the iron-on name. Gently iron if needed.

Please be aware that our bandanas do have plastic snaps on each side. Always have your dogs under supervision when wearing a bandana to prevent ingestion of the pieces. Do not leave your pet unattended while wearing a bandana as they are worn around the neck. & MUTTS Co. is not responsible for any damage due to misuse.
